Rule 150
Delegation of rights
(1) The right to amend the cost estimate, amend the purchase agreement, extend the term of the purchase agreement and order variation as provided in the Act and this regulation cannot be delegated.
(2) Apart from the rights mentioned in sub-rule (1), the authorized officer may delegate any other authority under him to any authority under him.
(3) In relation to the authority delegated as per sub-rule (2), the responsibility of the authority delegating the authority shall remain.
(4) In accordance with sub-rule (2), the officer delegating the authority shall take necessary information from time to time from the concerned officer regarding the work done in accordance with the delegated authority.
